Sunshine Coast Dent Repair is operated by I Fix Dents Pty Ltd. This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled.

Information you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number and message. You can also provide an email address, vehicle details, repair and claim information, and photographs. Please include only what is needed to assess your enquiry. Avoid including identity documents, payment details or unrelated personal information in photos.

How the enquiry form works

We use your information to assess your request and contact you about repair options. The website stores a private copy of your enquiry and any uploaded photos in a workshop inbox protected by sign-in and access checks.

The form also attempts to send an email notification to james@ifixdents.com.au. It currently uses FormSubmit as a fallback email service, which receives the enquiry text and a link to the protected workshop inbox. Uploaded photographs are stored with the website rather than attached to that fallback email. A submission confirmation does not guarantee that an email has reached an inbox.

Website services

Website hosting, storage and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. The embedded Google Map and Google Fonts contact Google when loaded. These providers may process technical information such as an IP address and browser information, and may process data outside Australia.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, call-button clicks and successfully saved enquiries. Google receives technical information about your browser and device and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We keep full query strings out of Analytics; when you arrive with a ChatGPT referral tag, the site records only utm_source=chatgpt.com. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, enquiry text, photos or enquiry reference to Analytics. Advertising signals and optional account data sharing are switched off.

Analytics stays off until you allow it. You can choose No thanks or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect the enquiry form. Your preference is saved in your browser. Google may process analytics data outside Australia. See how Google uses information from sites using its services.
